We’ve created a handy sizing chart so you can easily find which size will fit you perfectly. We also try to include specific details about fit in each product description, so be sure to check there!

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to cancel or change your order for whatever reason, please contact us immediately! Once we initially process your order in the warehouse, we will be unable to change or cancel your order.
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you didn’t get an email for some reason, please check your spam folder and add info@redtulipboutique.com to your safe sender list.
When will my order ship?
We estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, the shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

How long does it take to process my return?
You should receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your purchase back; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Included in this time frame is the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
